Only in America.

"When things got bad and then worse, guys like Quentin Richardson say, 'I don't consider him a teammate. He let his teammates out to dry.' He didn't care I was his teammate when I was banished. They left me out for dead. It's like we're in a foxhole and I'm facing the other way. If I got shot in the head, at least you want to get shot by the enemy. I got shot in the head by my own guys in my foxhole. And they didn't even give me an honorable death."

This from a man who is making 21 million dollars THIS YEAR.

In a country in the midst of a recession, people losing their houses and life savings daily. People getting laid off like kids gettting kicked out of school, and you have this clown with not only the rights, but the gall to complain about making 21 million while doing nothing for it.

Unbelieveable.

How many forclosed homes could that money save? maybe 100? maybe more? Yet they go into the pocket of a guy who has the "promise" of playing basketball. I went to college "with" him, watching limos driving him around campus for a year and shuttle girls to hid dorm. I watched as he lost in the sweet sixteen in his only year in school. Since then its been potential potential potential, yet his teams dont win.

If the point guard is the pulse of the team, its no wonder he has been surgically removed from now his fourth team.

But even more important, how can you teach a kid about the merits of hard work when you have guys like this on sportcenter everynight.

Work hard like mom and dad, get laid off and have nothing, or be a brat with potential ability, sit on my ass and get paid.

I dont know what america was like in the 1950s but i surely know it was better than what america now.

Marbury, take your fucking ass to work.
